Healthy Nachos with Vegan Cashew (cheese)


Ingredients 
1 cup raw cashews 
4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 can diced tomatoes and onions (rotel)
1 can black beans
2 tomatoes 
1 onion 
1 green onion 
1 avocado
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika 
1 cup of almond milk 


PREPARATION
soaked cashews for 20 mins or more
cut up vegetables and place in bowl for guacamole (add salt,pepper and lime) 
pour 1 cup of almond milk with cashew,species and garlic into blender (blend until smooth)
heat the mixture up in sauce pan for 20 mins (stir to prevent from burning)
cook ground turkey or vegan crumble and place into cheese  
use as nacho cheese or as a replacement for cheese on other foods
