Healthy Strawberry Cool Whip Sandwiches


Ingredients 
  
 Greek vanilla yogurt
 Cool Whip
 Fresh strawberries
 Graham crackers


 Instructions

Blend 2 cups of cut strawberries in blender.
Combine 3 tbsp of greek  yogurt,  and strawberries in a large bowl.
Place 12 half's of grahams crackers onto of plastic wrap. 
Spread strawberry mixture on top of crackers and place remaining crackers on top.
Cover with more plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hrs.
Slice and serve!

Healthy Nachos with Vegan Cashew (cheese)


Ingredients 
1 cup raw cashews 
4 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 can diced tomatoes and onions (rotel)
1 can black beans
2 tomatoes 
1 onion 
1 green onion 
1 avocado
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika 
1 cup of almond milk 


PREPARATION
soaked cashews for 20 mins or more
cut up vegetables and place in bowl for guacamole (add salt,pepper and lime) 
pour 1 cup of almond milk with cashew,species and garlic into blender (blend until smooth)
heat the mixture up in sauce pan for 20 mins (stir to prevent from burning)
cook ground turkey or vegan crumble and place into cheese  
use as nacho cheese or as a replacement for cheese on other foods



Quick and Easy Baked Chicken & Veggies Meal



INGREDIENTS

1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
 bell peppers ,any color,sliced
1/2 white onion,sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic powder 
onion powder 
Mrs.Dash
Fresh Parsley,cut
1 sweet potato 
french cut and whole green beans

PREPARATION 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
layout sheet of foil
Place the chicken, peppers,mushrooms,and onions in foil with oil
Wrap everything in foil and place in oven for 30 mins
Put sweet potato on separate foil and place and oven for 30mins 
Throw green beans in skillet 20 mins
